Parking spaces in the underground garage are available upon prior reservation. Please report your parking space reservation at least 1 day before arrival.
Please go to the back of the building; after passing through the barrier, the entrance to the garage will be on the left side.
💳 Parking card:
The received parking card opens the barrier and the garage door, as well as the doors leading from the garage to the elevators. Please bring the card close to the square reader: at the barrier on the left side, before the door on the right.
Check-in is possible from 15:00.
The hotel day ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.
If you plan to leave early in the morning, please leave the keys with the security staff.
If you plan to arrive after reception hours, please inform the reception in advance.
Early check-in before the standard time of 16:00 is only possible after prior confirmation by the reception and is not guaranteed. On the day of arrival, please contact the reception after it opens to find out if the apartment is ready. Please note that if you check in after 17:00, the main entrance to the building will remain open until 21:00, and security will be on duty at the reception, at Krakowska 35. The keys to the apartment are prepared in an envelope marked with the name of the person making the reservation and are issued by security upon presentation of an identity document. After receiving them, please go directly to the apartment.
Please note that between 21:00 and 7:00, entry and exit from the building is only possible through the side entrance (No. 37), which is opened using code A2137.
Early or late check-in may incur an additional fee.
Any changes to the reservation, such as arrival date, number of nights, or other details, should be reported directly to the reception or through the booking system where you made your reservation.

The Wi-Fi password is located in the regulations on the inside of the apartment's entrance door.
In case of difficulties connecting to the internet, please first check if the device is connected to the correct hotel network and if the password has been entered correctly.
